Adnan: "How often has a batsman been dismissed with a strike rate of 600" --- That's a good spot. Andy McBrine is the first to be dismissed with a strike rate of 600 in ODIs. The previous highest strike rate where a batter was dismissed was 400 by Sunil Narine (24 off six balls). Click here for the full list.

Chris Moore: "That feels a very big score on this surface, it will be very tough for Zimbabwe from here."

joe: "Zimbabwe threw it away..what a come back by Ireland..zim should try and win this in the first 20 overs otherwise they are in a bit of trouble"

Temba : "I'm still so confused how the lower order pulled that off when Stirling was striking at under 50 and faced so many balls..."

2.05pm A great finish by Ireland, they scored 112 in the last ten overs. Tector scored 55 off 42, Tucker smashed 32 off 20, while Dockrell chipped in with a 19-ball 28. Earlier Porterfield and Stirling gave Ireland a start of 82 in 22.3 overs. Stirling fell for 33 but Porterfield carried on to score 67 off 100. Balbirnie provided some momentum but despite having wickets in hand, at one stage it looked like reaching 250 would be an achievement for Ireland. But their middle order stepped up to take them to a formidable total.

Jongwe to Young, FOUR runs

goes for the yorker but just misses his mark. Lofts it right over the bowler's head, a diving long-on cannot cut it off

49.5
1
Jongwe to Adair, 1 run

slower one, full outside off, works it towards covers

49.5
1W
Jongwe to McBrine, 1 wide, OUT

down the track but Jongwe bowls it wide outside off. Too wide in fact and McBrine fails to connect it. They are going for a run regardless. The keeper throws the ball to the bowler, straight into the hands and he breaks the stumps to find McBrine well short. He tried to dive but got into a tangle, with his bat falling from his hand

Andy McBrine run out (†Chakabva/Jongwe) 6 (1b 0x4 1x6 2m) SR: 600

Jack Dyer: "Very heavy rain about 10 miles south of the ground. Think we'll be in for a reduced 2nd innings "

49.4
6
Jongwe to McBrine, SIX runs

fuller outside off, goes for the slog sweep and he connects well. From the sound off the bat you could tell it was going all the way

Andy McBrine now

49.3
1W
Jongwe to Simi Singh, 1 run, OUT

fuller around off, mistimes the slog towards wide long-on. They are going for the second. The throw is at the keeper's end, not a very accurate one but Chakabva does to break the stumps to find a diving Simi Singh well short

Simi Singh run out (Madhevere/†Chakabva) 1 (1b 0x4 0x6 3m) SR: 100
49.2
1
Jongwe to Adair, 1 run

a full toss. Adair mistimes it towards long-on. He wanted the second but the fielder fired in the throw to the bowler to prevent it

Simi Singh is the new batter but it's Adair on strike for now

W
Jongwe to Tucker, OUT

fuller outside off, swings across but doesn't get enough on it. Masakadza stays calm near the deep midwicket boundary and pouches it

Lorcan Tucker c Masakadza b Jongwe 32 (20b 2x4 1x6 34m) SR: 160

length ball on the pads, goes for the flick but misses. An appeal for lbw but only from the bowler. Too high. Batters sneak in a leg-bye

48.5
Ngarava to Tucker, no run

length ball outside off, backs away and looks to cut it but in the end cannot reach there

48.4
W
Ngarava to Tector, OUT

Muzarabani to Tucker, FOUR runs

a slower length ball, just around off. Tucker swings at it and misses

1
Muzarabani to Tector, 1 run

and that's fifty for Tector. There was a shout for lbw but the umpire has given it as runs. Was a length ball on to the pads and Tector was looking to work it on the leg side. Looks like he got an inside edge on to the pads
