18.6 to CAK Walton, Walton's nightmare tourney continues. Walton premeditated a scoop shot walking far outside off stump to try to clear fine leg, but Cottrell sees this and sends a yorker full and straight on middle and Walton can't get anything on it. At least there was some intent there, unlike the Brathwaite dismissal. Walton was just beaten by a clever adjustment from Cottrell.. 132/6 | ||||||||||

Bonner looked to whip it into the leg side with a helicopter-style flick of the wrists, but only managed to chip it into the air. Short ball pitching outside leg, goes back to heave this over deep midwicket but the ball doesn't come onto the bat well and keeps a touch low, Lewis is now out there instead of Kelly and he circles 10 yards under it to take this at head height 3 yards in from the rope.. 92/3 | ||||||||||

11.3 to J Blackwood, holes out in frustration to long-off. Blackwood charges a length ball, tries to smash it straight down the ground but coming down the pitch stunted his ability to get underneath it and create the elevation required. Instead it connects nearer the toe of the bat and lobs up to the fielder who takes this 10 yards in from the rope crouching at thigh height.. 66/2 17.1 to R Powell, cutter on off, tries to flick this through fine leg but instead it balloons high off a top edge and sails to deep backward square. Jaggesar covers 20 yards charging right and takes a good catch settling himself at the last moment while reaching forward at waist height, claiming it 10 yards inside the rope.. 117/4 17.6 to CR Brathwaite, full length on middle stump, no footwork from Brathwaite, just a limp prod forward with his hands at a time in the innings when every ball should be swinging for the fences. Would've looked better if he had swung wildly and the ball hit the stumps. Instead it's one of the most timid dismissals you'll see this tournament as the ball goes between bat and pad to crash into middle and leg.. 126/5 | ||||||||||

Edwards celebrates with that wave in front of his face and a punch of the air. 8/1 14.6 to NF Kelly, chopped on! Surprise ball banging it in short in an over full of attempted yorkers, Kelly is caught flat footed trying to pull this from fifth stump through the on side and doesn't have the timing, drags this onto leg stump, one bail tamely falls off.. 87/6 | ||||||||||

16.1 to SS Cottrell, darted in full on leg stump, Cottrell tries to flick this through midwicket but is through the shot too soon on a carom ball that spins back toward off stump, leading edge flutters gently back to Mujeeb and he takes this gleefully shuffling to his left in his followthrough at chest height.. 89/8 | ||||||||||

7.1 to D Ramdin, got him! Great catch from Walton behind the stumps! Just a thin edge on this, and he takes a sharp chance. Good turn for Permaul, with this length ball gripping in the pitch and spinning away from the bat as Ramdin looked to steer through the off side, and the keeper does the rest. 42/2 9.2 to KOA Powell, comes down the track, misses a horrible wipe, and Walton completes a flair stumping after waiting an age to whip the bails off! Took all of four or five seconds to take them off, after seeing Powell start walking back to the dressing room. Nothing shot, and Permaul has the breakthrough. Length ball pushed across him from over the wicket, looked to short-arm jab through midwicket but it wasn't quite short enough, and he tickled it onto his own stumps. 45/3 10.5 to RR Emrit, legcutter on a good length on sixth stump at 109 kph, Emrit tries to heave this over midwicket but is a touch out in front and the cut clips the leading edge. It balloons to backward point where Edwards doesn't move more than two steps to claim this catch reaching in front of his body at waist height.. 52/5 19.4 to I Khan, Patriots can't survive the 20 overs. A dismal chase ends with a limp drive to extra cover. Full length ball on off, drives this in the air but flat to Permaul on the ring who shuffles back a few steps and takes this reaching left across his body at waist height.. 110/10 | ||||||||||

15.5 to E Lewis, Lewis can't clear Rovman at long-on. Lamichhane skids in a seam-up delivery, he loves bowling seam-up pace during pregame and finally slips one in during a live match, it lands full on middle and Lewis tries to flick this over the boundary straight but gets no elevation and Powell takes this at waist height 10 yards in from the rope. Lamichhane gives a wink to Lewis, Phillips behind the stumps or both.. 89/7 17.2 to IS Sodhi, googly flighted and bowled much slower through the air on a good length on fourth stump, Sodhi wanted to heave this over the leg side rope again but struggled to keep his hands back with the change of pace, through the shot as the ball spins in and clangs the stumps.. 97/9 | ||||||||||
