Australian bowler Shane Warne was found not guilty of breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during his side's third Test match against West Indies in a post-play hearing on Monday 28 November.
Warne was found not guilty of breaching Level 1.3 of the ICC Code which relates to showing dissent at an umpire's decision. The incident in question occurred during the 21st over of the second West Indies innings when an appeal for a catch was turned down.
The charge was brought by on-field umpires Aleem Dar and Billy Bowden and TV umpire Steve Davis.
ICC Match Referee Mike Procter reached a `not guilty' decision after conducting a hearing attended by Warne, Australia captain Ricky Ponting, Australia team manager Steve Bernard and the umpires.
