Semi-finalists settled in Women's U19 nationals

New South Wales will play South Australia and Queensland will play Victoria in tomorrow's semi-finals of the Australian Under-19 Women's Championships at Flinders University, Adelaide.
The semi-finalists were decided after today's fourth round cross-pool matches.
The big upset of the day was Queensland's thirty-run loss to the Australian Capital Territory. Previously undefeated in the tournament, Queensland were dismissed for 153 chasing the ACT's total of 5/183. K.Britt (106) registered the first century of this year's tournament in the ACT innings. Kasee Marxsen scored 88 for Queensland but had insufficient support to bring off the victory.
In today's other matches, New South Wales defeated the WCA Invitation side by 92 runs. NSW all-rounder Sarah Stephenson scored 53 and took 3/4 while National League player Amanda Owens top scored with 80. Victoria defeated Western Australia by six wickets, while South Australia defeated Tasmania by 108 runs.
