The allrounder was fined 10% of his match fee by match referee Hudson Knight for showing dissent. The fine was imposed following a hearing on Monday morning that was also attended by West Indies A manager Derrick Nicholas, the West Indies Cricket Board's cricket operations officer.
When Kelly was given out by umpire Clancy Mack to a catch at slip off offspinner Gareth Batty, he reacted with disappointment and gave the impression the ball came from the pad.
