Profile
Born in New South Wales, Rogers is an attacking left-arm spinner who has the ability to maintain a strict control over line and length. He made his debut on Scotland's short tour of Bangladesh in late 2006 and had been earmarked as a key player for their World Cricket League campaign in Kenya. However, during the preceding ICC Tri-series in Mombasa he contracted typhoid which forced him to return home early although the selectors kept faith with him for their World Cup squad. Andrew McGlashan February 2007
